HOW IT WORKS

From ShipStation order to proof-backed shipment.

Step 1

ShipStation order enters

A company admin connects ShipStation once. Orders and expected item quantities sync in automatically.

Step 2

Warehouse employee finds the order

Scan the packing slip barcode, or search by order or tracking number.

Step 3

Shipment details

The employee confirms the shipment is ready to document and opens Shipment Details.

Step 4

Quantities

Enter the actual prepared item quantity and compare it against what ShipStation expects.

Step 5

Pallets

Enter how many pallets this shipment is going out on — this determines how many pallet photo sections come next.

Step 6

Tracking & carrier

Scan or type the tracking number, choose a carrier, and confirm the ship date.

Step 7

Proof photos

At least one packing-slip photo, plus at least two photos of every pallet — organized automatically by pallet number.

Step 8

Review

A full summary of quantities, carrier, tracking, and every photo — with a chance to add, retake, or remove anything before completing.

Step 9

Completion

One Complete Shipment action uploads everything and finalizes the record — no separate "mark as shipped" step.

Step 10

Admin visibility

The completed shipment — every field and every photo — is immediately visible in the admin dashboard.
